We are practitioners who understand what building resilience and culture takes because we’ve been there ourselves. The harsh truth: our culture hasn’t always been loving.

In the past, Softway leaders focused on performance over employee well being, and we lost our path to humanity. As our company teetered on the brink of disaster in 2016, our leaders realized they needed to make a drastic change—and that started with how we treat our own people.

From that day forward, we were focused on building a culture of love. A culture that values vulnerability and courage. One that embraces personal introspection over blaming others. One that encourages connection—often over a shared meal. And, most importantly, one that honors the humanity of every employee.
