The Challenge
Stuck in the Red
OTSO, a specialized provider of extraction equipment (separators and dehydration units), was facing a crisis of efficiency. Despite having millions of dollars in sales and little global competition, the company was operating in the red due to poor operational efficiency. Their complex design and sales cycles dragged on for 12 to 24 months, delaying revenue and stifling growth.
We deployed a new Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) supercharged by AI capabilities.
Rapid Prototyping: We utilized AI to accelerate the build process, completing a system that typically took the internal designer six months in just six hours.
Integrated Portal: We built a portal that allows production houses to update equipment info directly, removing the bottleneck of project managers and reducing human effort.

The Compliance Freeze
As a public healthcare organization bound by HIPAA and government regulations, Harris Health System was paralyzed by fear. While a small faction of experts was exploring AI, the vast majority of the organization was scared to experiment due to compliance and governance risks. This created a stalemate in momentum—the tools were available, but the people were too afraid to touch them.
We hosted four "Humane First Transformation Workshops" designed to safely introduce AI basics to contributor-level employees.
Safe Space: A hackathon-style environment where staff could experiment without fear of breaking governance rules.
Contextual Training: We moved beyond generic training to show how AI could handle small, specific augmentations to their actual daily workflows.

The Challenge
"Ignorance is Bliss"
Tellepsen faced a dual challenge. Operationally, they were drowning in 60–70 daily invoices that lacked crucial project details, requiring manual "hunting" by the internal team. Culturally, the sentiment was "ignorance is bliss"—many employees avoided AI, fearing they would automate themselves out of a job or believing AI had no place in physical labor.
We built targeted solutions solving real pain points while demystifying AI.
The AI Agent: We built an agent that reads incoming invoices, queries the ERP system to find the missing job numbers and phase codes, and auto-correlates the data for approval.
Internal Store: We centralized their $5–10M annual supply spend into an internal e-commerce platform.
Trojan Horse Strategy: We used these projects to covertly upskill the IT team, demystifying AI by letting them see the "nuts and bolts" of the build.
