Demystifying AI for the Frontline

The Challenge

Tellepsen faced a dual challenge. Operationally, they were drowning in 60–70 daily invoices that lacked crucial project details, requiring manual "hunting" by the internal team. Culturally, the sentiment was "ignorance is bliss"—many employees avoided AI, fearing they would automate themselves out of a job or believing AI had no place in physical labor.

We built targeted solutions solving real pain points while demystifying AI.

The AI Agent: We built an agent that reads incoming invoices, queries the ERP system to find the missing job numbers and phase codes, and auto-correlates the data for approval.

Internal Store: We centralized their $5–10M annual supply spend into an internal e-commerce platform.

Trojan Horse Strategy: We used these projects to covertly upskill the IT team, demystifying AI by letting them see the "nuts and bolts" of the build.
