3.1 Contact and Business Information – First name, last name, phone number, email address, and company name collected through website forms for communication, business development, and service delivery purposes. 3.2 Recruitment Information – Full name, email address, phone number, resume, employment history, educational background, current and expected CTC, and any other information voluntarily submitted through the application form.
