Softway partnered with SimplyHome to redefine the online rental experience, creating something new, transformative, and human-centric for both renters and the SimplyHome team.
SimplyHome aimed to revolutionize the online rental experience for their users. This meant tackling the challenge of overhauling their outdated platform and clunky CMS, with a focus on improving key features like advanced search and mobile experience. The goal? A flexible, user-friendly platform that embodies SimplyHome's innovative spirit.
SimplyHome's new platform prioritizes renters with a user-friendly website built on HubSpot CMS. A mobile-first design ensures easy browsing. Advanced search filtering (budget, size, location, school district) is visualized with interactive maps. Rently integration allows self-guided tours.
