Culture and change transformation
BioBridge Global is a San Antonio-based non-profit organization dedicated to saving and improving lives through the use of human cells and tissue. They are a leader in regenerative medicine, providing services like blood and tissue donation, cell and gene therapy support, and umbilical cord blood banking.
BioBridge Global sought to cultivate a more inclusive and purpose-driven organizational culture across its diverse subsidiaries. This involved addressing challenges related to employee engagement, leadership alignment, and communicating the organization's mission and values effectively.
Our solution for BioBridge focused on fostering a culture of love and belonging, implementing leadership alignment programs, and utilizing Culture Counter to measure progress. This approach began with Culture Rise for activation and Culture Roots for organizational alignment and onboarding, enabling BioBridge to cultivate a purpose-driven culture and implement effective leadership programs.

Comprehensive Audit: We conducted a thorough audit of BioBridge’s existing culture and DEI programs in two phases, starting with stakeholder interviews and culminating in our use of Culture Rise to begin their transformation journey.

Prioritize Leadership Alignment: Softway focused on engaging and empowering leaders to become champions of the cultural shift, ensuring buy-in and consistent role-modeling.

Humanize the Organization: Softway helped BioBridge Global connect with employees on a personal level, fostering a sense of belonging and community. This could involve showcasing employee stories, highlighting shared values, or creating opportunities for connection and collaboration.

Sustainment and Continuous Improvement: To ensure lasting impact, We provided ongoing support through services like Culture Roots, Culture Bridge, and our proprietary Culture Counter tool, enabling BioBridge to sustain its cultural transformation and track progress over time.

Our Culture Rise event was the catalyst that helped BioBridge begin it’s transformational journey.
Culture Rise is a leadership training program designed to help individuals and organizations transform their workplace culture by focusing on building more inclusive, empowering behaviors through self-awareness and effective leadership practices.
